Samovar Internet Consulting, LLC was founded in the summer of 1996 by Bill Fick and Olga Galkina, who previously over four years designed and directed a $2 million array of Internet technical assistance and training projects throughout the NIS for the Moscow office of the International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX).
Bill and Olga bring unparalleled knowledge of the NIS networking environment as well as extensive experience in financial, personnel, and project management. They draw upon a large pool of experienced technical and design specialists as necessary to implement specific project components.
